The article analyzes the dynamics of the use of mobile communications and instant messengers in the Russian Federation and discusses the legal features of the use of instant messengers in the management of condominiums by managing organizations and homeowners associations when dealing with requests, appeals and applications from residents. Recommendations are given for improving housing law in terms of informatization of the process of interaction with homeowners.
